Allan Freese on Magesi FC's challenges: I am really concerned about the number of goals we concede and how our defence has been breached this season
Allan Freese is a concerned man.
The Magesi FC coach is not having the best of times as a coach at the Seshego-based Betway Premiership side and he knows the reason why.
His leaking defence is a hindrance towards their hopes moving away from the bottom of the PSL standings.
Freese is right to be concerned as Magesi are the second side in the PSL with most goals conceded. Elvis Chipezeze has let in 35 goals which is four less than Orbit College who conceded most goals in the PSL with 39 goals against them.
“Yeah, but then we were speaking about it on the bench, that it’s a worrying factor,” said Freese.
“That’s why I’m saying, why are we conceding so much now all of a sudden? It becomes a worrying factor now for everybody.”
This Sunday Dikwena Tsa Meetsi face Durban City in PSL match, where they will be hoping to earn maximum points.
“Every day games get fewer and fewer,” added Freese.
“So, but there’s still other games to play. We can never know what’s going to happen. So, now we’re going to go prepare for the one game on Sunday.
“That is the one thing we must go and prepare for. It’s the one game on Sunday.”
The match at Seshego Stadium starts at 3pm.
