Allan Freese on Magesi FC 5-2 victory over Durban City in the Betway Premiership: This win has gives us hope going forward as we fight the drop

Allan Freese is a man full of hope.

The Magesi FC coach is on cloud nine after his side thumped Durban City 5-2 yesterday in a Betway Premiership match.

This massive win at Seshego Stadium saw Magesi move away from the bottom of the PSL table to the 14th place, safer from automatic relegation.

“That was our aim today, today’s aim was let’s move away from there and we did. So, I’m very happy about that,” Freese told journalists.

“This win gave Magesi a boost going into the last five games which they play against TS Galaxy, Orbit College, Orlando Pirates, Siwelele FC and Richards Bay.

“It gives us good hope that we are going to the right direction, very good hope that we are going to the right direction.

“So, we should continue working the way we are working.”

Magesi next play TS Galaxy on Sunday where they will be hoping to continue with their fine form in order to secure safety.
