Zimbabwean international midfielder Daniel Msendami: Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates did make concrete offers for my services in the past
Daniel Msedami has revealed that Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates were at some stage interested in his services.
The Zimbabwean international is having a tournament of his life in Morocco even though the Warriors were knockout of the spectacle.
Zimbabwe only managed a single point from their three matches in Group B, a draw against Angola and losing against Bafana Bafana and Egypt.
Msendami is based in South Africa and plays for Betway Premiership side, Marumo Gallants, was dubbed as the new ‘Khama Billiat’.
Perhaps that’s where the interest from Chiefs and Pirates emerged from.
"For me, the way I heard it, I think it was concrete but I didn't put it on my mind because if they really were interested in me, they were going to take me. But for me, I'll just keep on pushing.
"I'll go where I'm needed and I'll try and push very hard and try to score more goals in the league and continue playing well like this," he said.
