The England national team produced a completely failed first half in the match of the 1/8 finals of Euro 2024 against Slovakia.

The teams went to the break with a minimal advantage of the Slovaks, and Southgate's team could not make a single shot in the goal of Dubravka in the first half.

This is the first time that England have failed to take a shot on goal in the first half of a playoff game at a major tournament (World Cup/European Championship) since the 1986 World Cup quarterfinal against Argentina.

The England vs Slovakia match kicked off at 18:00 CET.

Earlier, we informed you that Harry Kane became the absolute record holder of the England national team.
