"I will try to convince Xavi, but it's his personal decision. We have important La Liga and Champions League matches ahead. We should let him enjoy this moment. I hope he stays. I want this because we are talking about a project not just for one or two seasons. For such a long-term project, we need someone who understands what Barça is.
