Barcelona minimally beat Las Palmas on the power play

Barcelona faced Las Palmas in the 30th round of the Spanish La Liga. Under the guidance of Xavi, the hosts were expected to win to stay ahead of Girona. The visitors entered the game as a solid mid-table team but hadn't won in their last five league matches.
