Slovakia and England are currently battling it out in Gelsenkirchen to determine the quarterfinalist of Euro 2024. After 90 minutes of play, the score is tied at 1-1. Jude Bellingham sent the game into overtime with a goal just minutes before the final whistle.

The scoring was opened by Slovakian forward Ivan Schranz. This goal was Schranz's third in four matches in the tournament, tying him with Georgian forward Georges Mikautadze and German midfielder Jamal Musiala, who also have three goals each in this European Championship.

Moreover, the forward from Slavia Prague became the first player in the Slovak national team to score in the knockout stages of the European Championships.

It’s worth noting that the winner of this match will face Switzerland in the quarterfinals, who yesterday eliminated the reigning European champions, Italy.
