South Africa's premium fixture moved: The Soweto derby between Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs is move by a day from its original date next month

Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs fixture has been moved by a day.

The Soweto Derby was scheduled for the 25th of April but because of a concert taking place around the FNB Stadium, the Betway Premiership match has now been moved.

It will now take place on Sunday, 26th of April at the FNB Stadium so it can accommodate the event happening around the Nasrec precinct.

This game is the second round derby of the Betway Premiership season as Pirates beat their fierce rivals in Kaizer Chiefs 3-0 in the first round match played last month at the iconic venue.

And by the time it takes place, it would be much clearer as to whether Pirates are challenging Sundowns for the PSL title or not, as this derby is again a title decider of sort.

Pirates and Sundowns are neck and neck on the title race as the season reaches its climax.
