England and Switzerland are the first quarter-final pairing of Euro 2024

At the European Championship 2024 the first pair of the second round of the play-offs has been determined.

Fans will be waiting for the match between the national teams of England and Switzerland.

England reached the Euro quarter-finals by beating Belgium in the group stage and drawing with Romania and Slovenia; and defeating Slovakia 2-1 in overtime in the first round of the play-offs.

Switzerland drew with Scotland and Germany on their way to the quarter-finals in the group stage and also defeated Germany, and the team defeated Italy (2-0) in the 1/8 finals.

England and Switzerland have met 27 times before. The Three Lions have an obvious advantage: 19 wins against 3 wins for the Crusaders. The goal difference is 65-25.

The England vs Switzerland match will take place on Saturday, 6 July in Düsseldorf. The starting whistle will sound at 18:00 CET.
