PSG and Senegal national team winger Ibrahim Mbaye made history by netting his first goal in the Africa Cup of Nations Round of 16, where Senegal defeated Sudan 3-1.

Details: According to Opta, Senegal winger Ibrahim Mbaye came on in the 74th minute against Sudan and, at just 17 years and 344 days old, became the youngest player to score a goal at the Africa Cup of Nations in the 21st century.

It's worth recalling that Sudan opened the scoring through Aamir Abdallah, but Senegal and Villarreal midfielder Pape Gueye struck twice to level the match and then put his team ahead. The final word belonged to Mbaye, who delivered a historic goal to seal the victory.

Notably, this is only the second goal for the PSG winger in a Senegal shirt.

Reminder: Abdallah's goal against Senegal was Sudan's first in the Africa Cup of Nations knockout stage since 1970.
