A major scandal has erupted around Real Madrid following a heated confrontation at Mestalla.
Details: According to Spanish journalist Héctor Gómez, Jude Bellingham and Antonio Rüdiger were involved in a physical altercation with security personnel during halftime of the match against Valencia on November 7. Journalist Nacho Sanchis later claimed that Bellingham struck one security guard, while Rüdiger slapped another.
The incident reportedly unfolded in the tunnel leading to the dressing rooms. Tensions escalated after Valencia players protested the refereeing decision preceding Federico Valverde's opening goal. Several Real Madrid players, including Bellingham, Rüdiger and Éder Militão, were reportedly involved in the confrontation.
Police officers had to intervene to restore order. However, the official referee's report mentions only an altercation involving Valencia sporting director Braulio Vázquez and does not document the alleged attacks by Real Madrid players. The accusations against Bellingham and Rüdiger therefore remain unconfirmed by the official match report.
It's worth noting that Real Madrid won the match 3-0, with Federico Valverde, Arda Güler and Kylian Mbappé scoring the goals.
