Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Sipho Chaine admits to a love hate relationship he has with the club fans

The reigning Betway Premiership Goalkeeper of the Season Sipho Chaine has adimitted that he has a love hate relationship with the Orlando Pirates supporters.

Chaine, who was at the World Cup with Bafana Bafana, was named the PSL Goalkeeper of the Season, in yesterday's PSL Awards.

The former Chippa United goalminder said the criticism levelled at him is nothing less than an indirect message for him to be better at his craft.

"Yoh, I think for what we have achieved over the last couple of years, and for me personally, I need them for that," Chaine told journalists on Tuesday.

"I need Amabhakaniya for that for me to improve as a player,

“I would be lying if I said I don’t hear the criticism, or that I don’t take them to heart or I don't care what they think. I can hear what they say, and some of them are telling the truth for me; it's just to take it in good spirit and for me to improve.”
