No money or the team is already perfect? Manchester City have no more signings planned this summer

The transfer window in England opened on June 14 and will run until August 30. Premier League clubs are actively working in the market to strengthen their squads.
Manchester City has been relatively reserved so far. The English champions have only signed Savio from Troyes for €25 million and sold three of their players.
It appears that the club's activity in the transfer market might be coming to an end. Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola stated that if no more players leave the team, they may not sign anyone else besides Savio.
"More signings after Savio? Not right now. If someone else leaves, maybe. But if no one leaves, I think we will stay as we are," Guardiola said, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Last season, Manchester City signed players for a total of €259.6 million while selling players for €125.8 million. These figures are far from the current numbers, as the club currently has a positive transfer balance. With Savio's purchase for €25 million, they have sold three players for €37 million.
It is worth noting that Guardiola has also indicated he does not plan to leave Manchester City anytime soon.
