Miguel Cardoso is facing the possibilities of leaving defending Betway Premiership champions Mamelodi Sundowns as he writes cryptic messages
Miguel Cardoso is rumoured to be heading out of Mamelodi Sundowns.
The former Esperance coach is heavily linked with a move away from Chloorkop as his stay has been a turbulent one since arriving in December a year ago this month.
The Portuguese mentor removed his title 'Mamelodi Sundowns coach’ on his Social Media and replaced it with ‘Football Manager’.
He further posted a quote from David Bowei which says “I don’t know where I’m going from here, but I promise it won’t be boring.”
The above is enough to speculate that the coach may be history at the Chloorkop-based side.
Sundowns have developed a knack of parting ways with coaches irrespective of how they are doing on the field of play.
At this moment, the side are second on the PSL standings with three points separating them from table toppers Orlando Pirates.
They have also started their Caf Champions League in a favourable way. But the Sundowns hierarchy remains one which is hard to please.
