Manchester United is working on the transfer of PSG's defensive midfielder

Insider Florian Plettenberg has reported that both clubs are working on the transfer of the midfielder. Ugarte is eager and ready to move to the "Red Devils." Additionally, the player's agent, Jorge Mendes, is very keen on facilitating the transfer to Manchester United.

Manchester United has also intensified their interest in Frenkie de Jong, with representatives of the English club having reached out to Barcelona.

Furthermore, PSG has initiated discussions with Manchester United regarding the transfer of Jadon Sancho. Initial contacts between the clubs on this matter have been described as positive. Jadon Sancho has reconciled with Erik ten Hag and has already played for Manchester United in this summer's pre-season tour.

As a reminder, they are also now considering the re-signing of midfielder Sofiane Amrabat at Old Trafford.
