It does look like Mamelodi Sundowns have made it to Morocco after being initially denied permit to grant their chartered flight to land in that country.
But a video on X, formerly known as Twitters, on the club's account, the team is safe in North Africa having left Johannesburg yesterday.
They face ASFAR in Rabat on Sunday in the Caf Champions League second leg final.
The South African side holds a slender 1-0 advantage in this two-legged final and expectation is that they will win their second continental trophy having last won it a decade ago.
