SUSPENSE! Themba Zwane is unsure if whether he will remain a Mamelodi Sundowns player next season
The midfielders contract is up next month and the club is yet to indicate if they will extend it or not
Themba Zwane is not sure is he will be a Mamelodi Sundowns player next season.
The influential midfielder has been a bit part player for Sundowns this season as he spent greater part of the campaign injured and that has lessened the prospects of a new deal for him.
On Sunday night against ASFAR, Zwane made a cameo appearance as they clinched the Caf Champions League trophy in Morocco.
"To be honest, I don't know,” said Zwane, during a press conference held after they touched down from North Africa on Monday evening.
“I don't wanna lie, I don't know. We will see when time goes."
Last week Hugo Broos included Zwane in his preliminary squad but it does not seem like he will make the final World Cup squad when it is announced tomorrow.
