Lampard, Potter, Howe. England continues its search for a head coach

Following the 2024 European Championship, the England national team is without a head coach. Gareth Southgate has departed, and interim duties are currently handled by Lee Carsley.

Details: According to The Telegraph, the Football Association is still searching for a new head coach. In contention are Newcastle's Eddie Howe and two unemployed candidates: Frank Lampard and Graham Potter.

However, the primary target is Pep Guardiola, though securing a contract with him would be exceedingly challenging. There is also consideration of retaining Lee Carsley, the current interim coach.

Reminder: Carsley replicated the achievement from 40 years ago by not singing the England national anthem, which sparked fan outrage.

Additionally, Southgate has commented on his resignation from the England coaching position.
