Kamogelo Sebelebele discloses Orlando Pirates' remaining three games are 'cup finals'
Kamogelo Sebelebele has revealed what his Orlando Pirates team has agreed on.
The right-back said they plan on making sure they win all their remaining Betway Premiership matches as they plan to derail Mamelodi Sundowns in the title race.
Sebelebele, who was named Man of the Match last night against Stellenbosch FC in his club's 2-0 win, said every game is significant.
Pirates are second on the standings with 62 points, five less than table toppers Mamelodi Sundowns and are hoping they slip this evening against Kaizer Chiefs.
The slip would then allow them to have a less of a mountain to climb in this race.
"This game, we came here knowing it won’t be an easy game cause we’re playing away,” said Sebelebele after Evidence Makgopa and Patrick Maswanganyi scored the goals in the win against Stellies at Athlone Stadium.
“But each and every game is important, each and every game is a final and we’ve decided with the guys that the remaining games, we want to win them all.
“We know Stellenbosch is not an easy team, but as the guys we need everyone. Everyone that gets a chance to play must make sure that we help each other so that we can win the games. Without being united, we won’t win games.
“When I’m on the pitch, I forget what the pitch looks like, we work and we’ll then see after 90 minutes.
“If we sustain injuries, there are people who will help us recover.
“On the field of play we work until 90 minutes.”
