Ivory Coast confirms its fixtures for the upcoming international break
Hervé Renard and his team will kick off the next FIFA window with the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Ivory Coast will play three matches between 24 September and 3 October 2026. The Ivorians are set to face Ghana on the opening day of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
This match is scheduled for Thursday 24 September at the Stade de la Paix in Bouaké. Kick-off is at 7 pm GMT.
Five days later, the Elephants will take on Somalia. As there is no approved stadium in Mogadishu, the Somalis will play their matchday 2 on Ivorian soil. The match will take place on 29 September at the Félix Houphouët-Boigny Stadium at 7 pm GMT.
Ivory Coast’s third fixture will be an international friendly against Cameroon. The match is scheduled for 3 October at the Alassane Ouattara Stadium, with kick-off set for 7 pm GMT.
But ahead of these three fixtures, head coach Hervé Renard will announce the squad list on 16 September.
