Barcelona made their return to the revamped Camp Nou with a clash against Athletic Bilbao.
In Matchweek 13 of La Liga, the Catalans hosted their opponents at the legendary stadium for the first time since May 2023, as the arena undergoes the most extensive renovation in its history.
The hosts wasted no time netting the first goal at the renewed ground. Yamal surged forward into the box, tried to dribble past defenders but lost the ball. The loose ball fell to Eric Garcia, who played it first-time to Lewandowski, and the Pole outfoxed the defender before unleashing a powerful shot into the near post.
It's worth noting that if Flick's side win, they'll draw level with Real Madrid. Los Blancos are set to play their own Matchweek 13 fixture tomorrow, November 23, away against Elche.
