Catalan giants Barcelona made a triumphant return to their home ground. While renovations at Camp Nou are still ongoing, the club has already received the green light to host home matches there.

On November 22, the Catalans played at the iconic stadium for the first time since May 2023, securing a convincing win over Athletic Bilbao. In this Matchday 13 La Liga clash, Hansi Flick’s side cruised to victory thanks to clinical finishes from Lewandowski, Fermín López, and a brace by Ferran Torres.

Remarkably, Barcelona became the first team in La Liga history to win a home match at three different stadiums—Montjuïc, Johan Cruyff, and Camp Nou—in a single season. While three other teams have played home matches at three different venues, and one even at four, none managed to record more than two home victories.
