Manchester United defender Lisandro Martínez suffered a severe injury back on February 2 during the match against Crystal Palace. In that game, the Argentine tore his cruciate knee ligaments.
The 27-year-old is now close to making his long-awaited return to the pitch after an extended spell on the sidelines. According to insider Fabrizio Romano, the player has already trained with the Argentina national team and has fully recovered from his knee injury.
It is expected that Martínez will be available for the Red Devils' next game right after the international break. Manchester United are set to face Everton in the Premier League on November 24.
