Ronaldo is making history at 41.

Details: Early in the first half of the World Cup match between Portugal and Uzbekistan, the 41-year-old legendary Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo opened the scoring with a precise shot, once again etching his name into the World Cup history books.

Ronaldo became the first and only player in World Cup history to score in six consecutive World Cups.

Ronaldo found the net at the World Cup in 2006, 2010, 2014, 2018, 2022, and now 2026. He also became the second oldest goalscorer in World Cup history. The record remains with Cameroon's Roger Milla, who scored at the 1994 World Cup at the age of 42 years and 39 days.

This means Uzbekistan has become the 49th national team that the legendary Portuguese has scored against.

Reminder: Ronaldo fans attack Conceição after she says they don't have to always pass to Ronaldo
