Despite health issues, Zverev advances to the Halle tournament semifinals

The ATP 500 tournament in Halle, Germany, is entering its final stretch, with the host Alexander Zverev facing Italy's Flavio Cobolli in the quarterfinals. The German had to overcome not only his opponent, but also health problems during the match.
Details: Early in the first set, Zverev appeared to be in distress while serving, and soon after, he left the court altogether. It turned out that the German vomited, but despite this setback, he secured a spot in the semifinals, defeating his rival in straight sets 6-4, 7-6(8). After the match, he gave a detailed account of what happened.
Quote: “Before the match, I felt fine. Then suddenly, I felt really bad. I vomited, and after 15 minutes I felt better. I don't know what it was—this has never happened to me before. I hope that a couple of hours from now, once the adrenaline wears off, I'll feel completely recovered. After that, I think it turned out to be a pretty good match,” Zverev told Reuters.
Reminder: In the semifinals, Zverev will face the 'neutral' Daniil Medvedev. The other semifinal will see Kazakhstan’s Alexander Bublik take on 'neutral' Karen Khachanov.
