CAF Appoints Algerian Referee Mustapha Ghorbal for Ivory Coast vs Ghana AFCON Qualifier

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed Algerian referee Mustapha Ghorbal to officiate the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying clash between Ivory Coast and Ghana.

The match is scheduled for Thursday, September 24, 2026, as part of the first round of the 2027 AFCON qualifiers.

The encounter will be played at the Stade de la Paix in Bouaké, Ivory Coast, with Ghorbal set to take charge of the crucial fixture.
