Brentford coach laughed at alleged price tag for Tony Brentford coach laughed at alleged price tag for Tony

One of the main candidates to leave Brentford in the summer is forward Ivan Toney. The Hornets have previously valued their main star, who has just served an eight-month suspension, at one hundred million pounds, but the media have suggested that the club could let the player go for cheaper.

It was reported that Brentford would accept offers of £30 million for Toney, but head coach Thomas Frank was quick to dispel those rumours:

"I don't usually go into these price tags, but I would say that for a striker who scored 20 goals in the Premier League - it's very cheap," - quotes the specialist 90min.

Earlier, Arsenal were among the suitors for Toni, but reports from England say that the Gunners are likely to refuse to sign him due to the fact that Kai Havertz has improved his game at centre forward.
