Breaking: Pep Guardiola Makes a Decision About His Future

Manchester City’s head coach, Pep Guardiola, currently has a contract valid until the summer of 2025. For some time, there had been uncertainty about whether he would remain with the club. Now, it seems the matter has been settled.

Details: According to David Ornstein, the Spaniard has agreed to a one-year contract extension. In addition, he will have the option to extend the agreement for another year.

As a reminder, Guardiola signed a contract with Manchester City on 1 February 2016, and started working in the 2016-2017 season. For almost ten years, the Spaniard has won all possible titles with City. He has won the Champions League, the UEFA Super Cup and the Club World Cup.

Meanwhile, Spanish midfielder Rodri has not ruled out the possibility of leaving Manchester City. Reports suggest he may have already decided on his preferred destination for the next phase of his career.

Interestingly, Rodri recently revealed that he has not yet begun talks about a new contract with Manchester City. He explained that the delay is due to his recovery from a cruciate ligament injury.
