Benni McCarthy is bullish ahead of Kenya's clash against Guinea in the 2027 Africa Cup qualifier.
McCarthy's drew 1-1 against Eritrea last Saturday and it is from that display the Harambee Stars coach believes Paulo Duarte's Guinea will not be a difficult opponent for them.
“The team was excellent, we dominated the game against Eritrea like that despite having not had even one training session,” said McCarthy.
“We were playing a team that’s been preparing maybe with two sessions a day. We were by far a better team.
“I’m not too worried about Guinea, I think if we can sort out the problems we’ve had. Two sessions will give us a better chance because we had zero sessions but still performed like that."
