Ben Motshwari lands his place in Orbit College side. Orbit signing PSL veterans to aide their PSL status
Ben Motshwari has joined Betway Premiership newcomers in Orbit College.
Motshwari was set free by AmaZulu, last month, following the termination of his contract in Durban with whispers in the corridors citing off-the-field misbehavior by the former Orlando Pirates players.
The veteran midfielder is likely to be joined by former Sekhukhune United midfielder Pogisho Mahlangu at the Rusternburg-based side, who is also said to be on his way to Orbit.
Orbit got promoted to the PSL from the Motsepe Foundation Championship via the Play-offs having finished second in the NFD following automatic promotion of Durban City to the elite division.
The going has not been easy for Pogiso Makhoye side as they have already signed former Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns defender, Ramahlwe Mphahlele to help guide their relatively inexperienced side.
The arrival of Motshwari is also on that vein of retaining their status as they are presently placed on position 13th with 13 points after 12 matches.
Motshwari will only be eligible after the January transfer window though for the Mswenko Boys as rules prohibits him from being registered now as he has already played for AmaZulu this season.
