Bayern Munich is preparing a new offer for Bayer Leverkusen's key defender, Jonathan Tah, who also plays for the German national team.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Bayern remains very interested in signing Tah despite previous setbacks in negotiations with Leverkusen.

The player has made it clear to his club that he intends to continue his career at Bayern Munich.

Negotiations between Bayern and Leverkusen will continue, with Bayern focusing solely on Tah. There are no talks regarding Levi Colwill, a key player for Chelsea.

The 28-year-old Tah has been with Bayer since 2015, when Leverkusen paid Hamburg nearly €10 million for his transfer. Last season, he played 48 matches across all competitions, scoring six goals.

In Euro 2024, Tah participated in three out of four matches for Germany.

Earlier we reported that Manchester United are interested in the Bayern defender.
