Arteta confirms it! Arsenal forward is leaving the club
Gabriel Jesus appears to be approaching the end of his time at Arsenal.
Details: The Brazilian forward is no longer training with Arsenal's first team and is expected to leave the club before the transfer window closes. Mikel Arteta has now addressed the situation and made it clear that the decision is connected to the size of his squad. "It’s something to do with the numbers that we have in the squad," the Arsenal manager explained.

Jesus has found himself increasingly far from Arteta's main plans. The 29-year-old is entering the final year of his Arsenal contract, while the reigning Premier League champions have been open to his departure during the closing stages of the summer transfer window.
Another clear signal came earlier this month, when the Brazilian was left out of Arsenal's squad for the Community Shield victory over Manchester City. With intense competition for places in attack and Arteta now publicly pointing to squad numbers, an exit looks increasingly likely.
It is worth noting that Jesus made 27 appearances for Arsenal in all competitions last season, scoring six goals and providing one assist.
