Inter is ramping up its pursuit of Moussa Diaby, having sent an updated offer to Al-Ittihad for the French winger. According to reports from Sky Sport Italia and La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Nerazzurri are ready to sign Diaby on loan with an obligation to buy if certain conditions are met.
Despite the Saudi club rejecting their previous proposal, Inter remains optimistic. Italian sources indicate that Diaby himself is determined to move to San Siro during this transfer window.
The new deal structure includes a mandatory purchase clause for around €28 million—a significant drop from the previously discussed €35 million. Inter hopes this revised offer will satisfy Al-Ittihad and expects a response from the Saudi side within the next few hours.
There is little time left to finalize negotiations: the Serie A winter transfer window closes on February 2 at 20:00 Central European Time.
