Tiger Woods was set to participate in The Genesis Invitational but withdrew due to the passing of his mother. However, the American still made an appearance at the tournament and shared his future plans.

Details: Woods joined the tournament's broadcasters and revealed that he aims to play more in 2025. He also expressed his desire to compete in some of the "big events" scheduled for this year.

Meanwhile, from February 13 to 16, one of the prestigious PGA Tour tournaments, The Genesis Invitational, took place. Swedish golfer Ludvig Åberg emerged as the winner.

Recently, we reported that Donald Trump, Tiger Woods, and his son Charlie played a round of golf together. A video later surfaced confirming that they indeed played at Trump’s golf club in Palm Beach.

Reminder: Tiger Woods announced the passing of his mother, Kultida Woods, on the morning of Tuesday, February 4.
