Will there be more purchases? Arteta complains about Arsenal's lack of players

Arsenal secured a 2-0 victory over Aston Villa in an away match during the second round of the English Premier League.

After the match, Arsenal’s head coach Mikel Arteta expressed concerns about the team's squad depth.

"We don't have a deep enough squad. If we can do something, we will. We need to have people available. We don't have 23 outfield players. That's what we need to have," said Arteta.

Earlier reports indicated that Arsenal is close to completing a desired transfer, with only minor details remaining.

Arsenal has collected maximum points in the first two rounds of the Premier League, without conceding a single goal. On August 31st, the Gunners will host Brighton at their home stadium in London.
