Deontay Wilder will fight against Chinese boxer Zhang Zhilei. Prior to the bout, a press conference was held where the American promised to replicate a legendary knockout.

According to Wilder, he aims to mimic Muhammad Ali's knockout of Sonny Liston and recreate the iconic photo.

"I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to prove that I still have what it takes, that I still possess the power. I will be like Muhammad Ali against Sonny Liston, standing over his body," stated Deontay.

Notably, American heavyweight boxer Deontay Wilder (43-3-1, 42 KO) mentioned that he might retire if he fails to defeat Zhang Zhilei (26-2-1, 21 KO).

The "Bronze Bomber" will face Zhilei Zhang on June 1 in Riyadh. The bout will be part of the Queensberry-Matchroom 5-on-5 tournament. The main event of this tournament will feature Filip Hrgović and Daniel Dubois.

Previously, Wilder stated that he hopes to have a fourth fight against Tyson Fury.
