The new season of the English Premier League kicks off this Friday, August 16th, and ahead of the start, local experts have made their predictions on who will be the league's top scorer this time around.

The Premier League surveyed eight experts: Karen Carney, Darren Bent, Tim Sherwood, Mark Schwarzer, Shay Given, Don Hutchison, Matt Holland, and Michael Owen.

Interestingly, all eight experts gave the same answer – Erling Haaland.

Last season, the Norwegian striker for Manchester City scored 27 goals, earning the "Golden Boot." In his debut season in the Premier League, Haaland scored an impressive 36 goals.
