Bayern Munich have suffered another nightmare start, this time on the Champions League stage.

Details: In their second league-phase match of the Champions League, Vincent Kompany's side conceded against Norwegian champions Viking after just two minutes of play. Defender Gianni Stensness opened the scoring for the hosts, with Zlatko Tripić providing the assist. The early strike put Viking 1-0 ahead and stunned the German giants in Stavanger.

Remarkably, this is the second consecutive match in which Bayern have conceded almost immediately after kick-off. On October 10, Augsburg's Robin Fellhauer scored after just eight seconds following a disastrous mistake by Manuel Neuer. The Bundesliga encounter eventually ended in a 2-2 draw.

Now the Munich giants have experienced another lightning-fast setback, this time against a Norwegian side widely considered a major underdog. Despite arriving in Stavanger as overwhelming favorites, Bayern found themselves chasing the game almost from the opening whistle.

It is worth noting that Bayern began their Champions League campaign with a commanding 5-0 victory over Bodø/Glimt, while Viking suffered a 3-1 defeat against Stuttgart. Stensness's strike therefore became the first goal Bayern have conceded in this season's Champions League.
