The 2026 World Cup quarter-final between Norway and England, set to take place in Miami, is expected to go ahead as planned despite extreme weather conditions, according to French outlet L'Équipe.
Initially, FIFA had considered postponing the kick-off due to the threat of a storm, but the latest forecasts suggest the adverse weather will likely arrive after the match concludes.
Nevertheless, the players will face extremely tough conditions. Just hours before kick-off, the temperature in Miami felt close to 40 degrees Celsius, with humidity levels reaching around 90 percent, which will significantly increase the physical demands on both teams.
