Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer commented on Thomas Tuchel's decision to step down as the head coach of the team at the end of the current season.
Today, the Munich team narrowly secured a victory against Leipzig (2:1). The winning goal was scored by Harry Kane in injury time.
"It's bitter that we couldn't build anything. I also feel sorry for the coaching staff. In the end we screwed up together. I think you don't always have to look at the teacher when you get bad grades" told Tuchel.
Bayern Munich currently holds the second position in the Bundesliga. They are trailing Bayer Leverkusen by eight points with 11 rounds remaining in the championship. In the next round, the Munich team will face Freiburg away from home.
