Usyk's wife commented on the detention of the boxer at Krakow airport
Undisputed boxing champion Oleksandr Usyk was detained in Poland. The Ukrainian boxer was arrested at Kraków Airport.
Oleksandr's wife, Kateryna Usyk, addressed the situation on Instagram.
Quote: "Everything is fine, all is well. Nothing criminal. Oleksandr will explain everything himself soon," she wrote.

Recall: Ukrainian heavyweight boxer Oleksandr Usyk was handcuffed at Kraków airport today and left the premises together with airport security guards. Information about the reasons for the detention was not received.
Usyk v Fury fight. In May 2024, a fight for the title of absolute world champion in heavyweight between Alexander Usik and Tyson Fury took place. The Ukrainian won this fight by judges' decision. However, soon, boxers should again enter the ring. In a few months, on 21 December, there will be a rematch of Usyk against Tyson Fury for three heavyweight titles.
