Unexpected: Everton sacked Sean Dyche

A poor start to the current season has led to surprising personnel changes at Everton.

Details: Everton officially announced today the dismissal of Sean Dyche as head coach.

Interestingly, the announcement came on the same day as Everton's FA Cup Round of 32 match against Peterborough, just three hours before kick-off.

Sean Dyche had been in charge of Everton since January 2023. The "Toffees" are currently in 16th place in the Premier League, just one point above the relegation zone.

Reminder: Everton was recently acquired by the Friedkin family, who also own AS Roma.
