Today, the Football Association of England finally announced the new head coach of the national team—German manager Thomas Tuchel. However, Tuchel is not the first foreign coach in England's history.

Details: Tuchel becomes only the third foreign manager to lead the "Three Lions," following in the footsteps of Swede Sven-Göran Eriksson and Italian Fabio Capello.

In total, Tuchel is the 21st head coach in England’s history. The role of national team manager was first introduced in 1946. Before that, the England squad was selected by a special committee.
