Tottenham have suspended their midfielder for using laughing gas

Tottenham Hotspur's central midfielder Yves Bissouma has found himself at the center of controversy due to his recent behavior.

Head coach Ange Postecoglou officially announced that Bissouma has been suspended from training with the team and will miss the first Premier League match against Leicester. The issue arose after the Malian footballer posted a video on Instagram showing him and his friends inhaling nitrous oxide at a party.

“We've suspended Bissouma from Monday's game. He needs to build that trust back with both me and the group. The door is open for him but behaviour is crucial”., – Postecoglou stated.

Last season, the 27-year-old Bissouma made 28 appearances in the Premier League.

The Leicester vs. Tottenham match is scheduled for Monday, August 19.
