Total chaos at Old Trafford! Furious Man United fans throw rubbish towards their own players. VIDEO
Old Trafford has turned against its own team in the middle of another Champions League nightmare.
Details: Manchester United supporters began throwing rubbish and other objects onto the pitch during their team's Champions League clash against Roma on November 3. With the Red Devils trailing 0-2, frustration boiled over in the stands as fans expressed their anger at another disastrous performance. Tennis balls and other objects were thrown onto the playing surface while the match was still underway.

The evening had already turned into a disaster for Michael Carrick's side. Matías Soulé opened the scoring in the 11th minute after United lost possession in their own half. Just minutes later, Ayden Heaven committed a handball inside the penalty area, allowing Donyell Malen to double Roma's advantage from the spot.
The atmosphere at Old Trafford had been tense even before kick-off. Thousands of green and gold balloons were released as part of a planned protest against the Glazer family and INEOS. Supporters also chanted against the club's owners, making their dissatisfaction with the current situation unmistakably clear.
It's worth noting that Manchester United entered the Roma clash on a nine-match winless streak across all competitions. Their previous two Champions League encounters ended in defeats against Atlético Madrid (0-2) and Como (1-4), further increasing the pressure on Michael Carrick.
Reminder: Finally! Manchester United have made their decision on Carrick
