Munich's Bayern are on the verge of pulling off a sensational summer transfer within the domestic market.
Details: According to Sky Sport, the record champions’ management have reached a full verbal agreement with Eintracht Frankfurt’s 22-year-old versatile left-back Nathaniel Brown.
The player himself is eager to move to Munich and wants to join Bayern immediately. A crucial factor in his decision was very positive personal talks with Bayern’s head coach Vincent Kompany. Both sides have already fully agreed on the terms of a long-term contract running until 2031.
The clubs have already entered official negotiations, but Eintracht sporting director Markus Krösche has taken a tough stance and is demanding an impressive €60 million for his talented defender.
It’s worth noting that this season, the left-back has played 42 matches for the Frankfurt side in all competitions, scoring 4 goals and providing 6 assists. Transfermarkt currently values the player at €40 million.
Reminder: Bayern are also considering a former Barcelona player to strengthen their squad.
