Tim Sukazi confirms departure of TS Galaxy's coach and Technical Adviser: It's unfortunate that we had to come to a decision to part ways with the two

Tim Sukazi has confirmed the shake-up at TS Galaxy.

Sukazi, the club chairman, said both coach Adnan Beganovic and technical adviser Nermin Basichave been let go by the Mpumalanga-based club.

It is rather shocking how can the coach leave without having to guide the team to the Nedbank Bank Cup final next week as they were in charge of the team’s good run in that competition.

But Sukazi said their unhappiness with the coaching duo is the slip in the PSL standings which has seen them move out of the top eight to the 12th spot.

Bernard Parker, who was assistant coach to Beganovic, is likely to be in charge of The Rockets on interim basis.

“It is quite unfortunate that we had to come to a decision to part ways with Coaches Adnan and Nermin following the unfortunate string of results in the Betway Premiership,” said Sukazi in a club statement.

“They both made a huge contribution to our club in a very short period. We thank both coaches for their professionalism, commitment, and hard work and wish them well in their future endeavours. Thank you, Nermin Basic. Your guidance and contribution have played an important role in our journey. Wishing you all the best in what lies ahead.”
