"This is not normal." De la Fuente demands new contract from Spanish federation

But it’s abnormal for the reigning European champion to be left without a contract. I have the same terms as when I transitioned from the U-21s... It would only be fair to sign a new contract now,” said the coach in a press conference.

Reminder: De la Fuente extended his contract with the Spanish federation until 2026 before the start of the European Championship.
