Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has ruled out a move to the Turkish league following interest from Istanbul giants Fenerbahce. This was reported by Turkiye Today, citing the outcome of talks between the club and the player's representatives.
Earlier this week, Fenerbahce officials held a meeting with Salah's agent, Ramy Abbas. However, negotiations failed to gain traction: Salah's camp sent a clear message that a switch to Turkey is not on the table. The agent stated that the striker will either remain at Liverpool or continue his career in Saudi Arabia.
The Egyptian forward is under contract with Liverpool until the summer of 2027, with his net annual salary reportedly around €14 million. This season, Salah has made 20 appearances for the Merseysiders, registering 5 goals and 4 assists.
