Significant changes are underway in the Indian Premier League (IPL) rules that will impact all players.
Details: According to information from the BBC, a new rule states that players who withdraw from the Indian Premier League without prior notice will be banned from participating in the next two seasons of the tournament.
These changes apply to all players who register or are selected in the auction, but decline to participate in the season before the competition begins. However, there will be exceptions made for injuries.
Reminder: A former player of the Sri Lankan national team and coach of the Australian team, Cricket Victoria, has received a strict suspension.
By the way, an English cricket club was fined £100,000 for incidents of racism and discrimination from 2001 to 2010.
